I’m Russ Fye, an entrepreneur and artist living in Maine.
Today, much of my working life revolves around Maine Island Soap, a Maine-made soap company founded in 1984 that I now co-own with my wife, Tina, and my mother.
But business is only part of my story. I’ve been self-employed for years, I’m an artist, an avid reader and collector of books, and someone who is endlessly interested in entrepreneurship, creativity, and building things.
RussFye.com is my place to document that journey—the businesses I’m building, paintings I’m creating, books I’m reading, videos I’m making, lessons I’m learning, and occasionally just life here in Maine.
I don’t have everything figured out. That’s part of the point.
